Each board undergoes soakings in pure Walrus Cutting Board Oil, allowing natural plant extracts and food-grade mineral oil to penetrate deep into wood fibers.
We hand-apply a solvent-free blend of organic beeswax and carnauba wax, buffing the surface to create a moisture-repellent, satin sheen that protects against liquids.
Prior to delivery, every surface is hand-inspected for smooth bevel transitions, seamless edge joints, and optimal grain continuity under balanced studio light.
